I have just finished 3 wonderful days photographing a variety of events involving Seniors 50 and over from several states coming to compete at the 21st Annual Quad Cities Senior Olympics. I saw so very much talent, determination, physical stamina, and at times courage and perseverance as folks faced the physical challenges of Track and Field events, dove into the water for Swim Meets and walked onto a stage for Performing Arts. I have come away a different person. I feel those participants who I met have given me a very beneficial lesson in life and I am indeed blessed.
